Highlights:
Parallel-hopper no-bell top’s chute charges into the hoppers by swinging
Shaped hoppers have their structural discharge center closer to the blast furnace’s center in favor of less segregation
Material flow control gate is of split plates to make a smooth curve of material flow and facilitate the control of material flow
Lower seal valve of the two hoppers are integrated into one box, with a single cylinder actuating the rotary arm and enabling the valve plate to be self-aligned
Lower valve box for the serial-hopper no-bell top can effectively reduce the height of the entire no-bell top equipment, especially benefiting a blast furnace’s expansion revamp
Distributor works for an uniform distribution of the burden with a high accuracy of control and a strong adaptability to top’s high temperature
