The heat is on at Desheng Steel’s blast furnace 4

A milestone has been achieved in the construction of blast furnace 4 at Desheng Steel in China’s Sichuan Province.

Its hot stoves have been heated up successfully.

CISDI, EPC-based service provider for the furnace, has maintained operations through challenges posed by the pandemic, hot weather and local power rationing.

The team will be playing its part in the furnace’s all-round start-up to quality standards and green targets.
