Intelligent Manufacturing: CISDigital Shuitu Cloud impresses crowds at World Intelligence Congress

CISDI presented its Shuitu Cloud CISDigital Industrial Internet Platform to the 7^th World Intelligence Congress held in China’s Tianjin.

Its latest applications for smart ferrous and nonferrous metallurgical manufacturing impressed congress visitors.

In the ferrous metallurgy sector, CISDigital solutions have launched China’s first full-process smart plant based on a unified industrial internet platform. It features an innovative, smart manufacturing structure, comprised of one platform plus three integrations.

Over 30 large Chinese steel plants are now using the platform and are reporting substantial tech-led value creations and a seamless, digital connection of all production factors and processes.

These plants have gained at least US$688 million in benefits per annum from applying CISDigital solutions.

In the nonferrous metallurgy sector, CISDI has created China’s first digital copper lean production plant at CNMC Daye’s Hongsheng Plant.

A new digital, lean-production structure - 1 platform plus N APPs and 1 centre - focusses on smart copper melting’s construction.

The full melting process is controlled from a plant-wide smart centre, where all operations, controls and decisions are intelligent.
