CISDI Thermal’s latest success - outstanding new heat treatment line 1 for Rongshen Industries

A heat treatment line built to produce high-strength, wear-resistant steels for the machinery sector is seeing outstanding results at Xuzhou Rongshen Industries Co in China’s Jiangsu Province.

The high-performance line 1 was built by CISDI Thermal & Environmental Engineering. It operates with CISDI’s patent control tech, which has solved numerous problems long-experienced by the sector.

Uniform ultra-low-temperature tempering and deformation control of heat-treated ultra-thin sheet have been achieved via smart, digital pulse control, sheet’s online thermal model plus conventional or large air to fuel ratio combustion control. 

Excess fume heat is being recovered by CISDI Thermal’s two-stage waste heat recycling tech, which helps reduce the line’s energy consumption, saving operational costs and boosting green credentials.
