New achievement: ZnAlMg-plating line 5 at Jingye Group phase II

Achieved: greater production control, plate profile regulation and surface quality control, energy conservation and environmental protection 

ZnAlMg-plating line is now operating at Jingye Group in China’s Hebei Province.

Its implementation was successfully carried out as part of EPC-based service package delivered by CISDI Thermal and Environmental Engineering Co.

CISDI had already concluded its provision of Jingye phase II’s galvaluminium line 3, which was started up in January 2024, and its colour coating line, which went operational two months later. 

The ZnAlMg-plating line features the following CISDI Thermal patented tech and units:

·          open-fire annealing 

·          multi-stage post-plating mobile cooling

·          water-cooled rolls 

These applications have achieved higher production control standards, stronger plate profile regulation and outstanding results in plate surface quality, energy conservation and environmental protection. 

The high-performing, low energy consumption line will help improve Jingye’s market competitiveness.

In a letter of thanks, Jingye commented: “We greatly appreciate CISDI Thermal’s skillful collaboration, communications and solutions throughout. The team harmonised the equipment delivery sequence and schedule and overcame the challenges of a tight schedule, complicated construction conditions and rainy weather.”
