Eco reheating furnace at Qsing Tuo up and running

The reheating furnace at Qsing Tuo’s high-speed wire-rod mill 1 is now operating and running stably.

Located in the Fujian province, Qsing Tuo Group is the world’s largest producer of stainless steel and deep processing.

Built on an EPC basis by CISDI, the walking-beam reheating furnace runs on blast furnace gas.

Dual-regenerative combustion and decentralised switchover expertise have been applied. The furnace’s skids and posts feature evaporative cooling devices. Those highlights effect on saving energy and reducing consumptions while ensuring a high product quality.
