Energy intelligence is re-engineering process flow and organisational management,
CISDI’s integrated, intelligent energy control for water, electricity, air, gas and steam achieves digitalised energy media piping networks and intelligent energy distribution.
Employing the industrial internet of things, big data analysis and artificial intelligence tech, energy availability is enhanced and labour efficiency is increased by 20 per cent.

Baowu Zhanjiang Steel has built the first integrated, centralised water control centre for a steel plant in the world. It has resulted in a full-process zero liquid discharge control mode to the highest sector standards.
The Shuitu Cloud industrial internet platform-based big data centre aims to boost labour efficiency and reduce fresh water consumption.
CISDI built an integrated, centralised control platform for water treatment throughout the entire plant. It brings together more than 40 independent water systems and their 160,000 points of data, plus data from 260 cameras.
CISDI Q-Touch tech for smart city governance devised a general water balance table for plant-wide users and generates a unified drawing for monitoring all water treatment.
Sigma machine vision, intelligent dosing and Nudge+ tech integrate the process, management and data for water treatment and operation. Information flows from water fetching and preparation to water supply and transport, recirculation, waste water discharge and recycle are connected.
Operating efficiency has been optimised, zero waste emissions have been achieved and operation cost savings have been made across the entire plant’s water treatment systems.
CISDI has also applied a world-leading alum image identification and smart dosing system at Zhanjiang Steel’s water treatment plant.
In contrast to the conventional coagulation process, the image identification tech plus big data self-learning algorithm accurately control dosing quantity, deliver stable water quality and perform intelligent, automated control.
Since its maiden run at Baowu Zhanjiang Steel this system resulted in a 30 per cent reduction in doses.
