Director global of McKinsey & Company pays a visit to CISDI

Worldwide management consulting firm McKinsey & Company have been trading ideas and common ground with CISDI’s leadership.

Global directors of the New York headquartered company, Sun Junxin and Chen Chen, met with CISDI’s leadership team on December 14.

Both companies are recognised as important contributors to steel industry transformation and upgrading.

CISDI gave an update on its operational optimisation consulting services and advanced steel design methods and tools.

McKinsey spoke on their technology-management-capability interaction concept and specific steel consulting services in blast furnace big data, energy and environmental management and digital business.

Both parties recognised mutual complementary skills in technology and management and expressed a desire to explore deeper cooperation on steel operations management consulting.
