Rizhao Steel and CISDI form strong working bond

Intelligent solutions for energy conservation and reducing emissions were among the hot topics when Rizhao Steel president Kaibing Xu met with the heads of CISDI.

The meeting, attended by CISDI’s chairman Xuewen Xiao and president Peng Xiao, forged the way for closer collaboration on green and intelligent developments.

Impressed by CISDI’s references in the steel, urban, green and intelligence sectors, Mr Xu spoke highly of CISDI’s research and development strengths and its forte for package supply, intelligent solutions and big data platforms.

“My first visit to CISDI changed my understanding of an engineering company. Your unique strength lies not only in your strong research and development skills but in the way the results are applied to projects and industrialisation.”

During the visit Mr Xu, a Chinese steel sector management expert, shared his knowledge on management flows, project controls and incentive and disincentive mechanisms with the team at CISDI HQ.
